Privacy Policy for Terranova Services (USA)
Effective Date: February 10, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Terranova S.r.l. ("Terranova", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects users' personal information in connection with the use of the TAMM Mobile mobile application ("App") and related services. Terranova acts as a "Service Provider" on behalf of its business customer (the "Client"), who is the Data Controller of your data.
This policy is prepared in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). The principles of transparency, fairness and clarity are fundamental to our data management.
2. Personal Information We Collect and Purposes of Processing
We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide and operate our services. Below are the categories of personal information we process, the specific purposes for which it is used, and whether that information is considered "Sensitive Personal Information" (SPI) under the CPRA

3. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Terranova S.r.l. does not sell your personal information.
In addition, Terranova S.r.l. does not "share" (as defined in the CPRA, which includes disclosure for cross-context behavioural advertising) your personal information with third parties. We do not use cookies, SDKs or other tracking tools for behavioural advertising purposes.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
4. Processing of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI)
As indicated in the table above, we collect a category of Sensitive Personal Information: login credentials (username and password).
The use of this information is strictly limited to authentication purposes and to ensure the security of your account. We do not use or disclose your login credentials for any purpose other than as necessary to provide the requested service. Under the CPRA, you have the right to restrict the use of your PES; You can find more details in the "Your Rights" section.
5. Data Retention Periods
We only retain personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, and to comply with legal requirements. Determining generic and unspecified retention periods is a practice we avoid ensuring maximum transparency.
The criteria used to determine our retention periods are as follows:
- Access Credentials: These are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship between Terranova and the Customer, and as long as the user's account remains active. They are securely deleted upon account closure or at the request of the Customer.
- Technical and Usage Data: Aggregated and anonymized data for analysis purposes may be retained for longer periods. Technical and security logs (which may contain IP addresses) are kept for a limited period (e.g. 90 days) for security and diagnostic purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA
As a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know/Access: The right to request what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. You can make such a request up to twice in a 12-month period.
- Right to Erasure: The right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, if the data is necessary to complete a transaction, for security, or to comply with a legal obligation).
- Right to Correction: The right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we hold about you.
- Right to Restrict Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: The right to ask us to limit the use of your SPI to only the purposes necessary to provide the services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, you may submit a verifiable request by contacting us at the email address: privacy@terranovasoftware.eu
The request must:
- Provide information sufficient to enable us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we have collected personal information. We may request additional information to confirm your identity, as required by law.
- Describe your request in sufficient detail to enable us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to you.
We will respond to your request within the time limits provided for by law.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks inherent in the processing and the nature of the personal data.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete that information.
