We renew our support for Dynamo Camp

As a Benefit Corporation, we believe that companies have a responsibility to contribute to tangible social progress, and one concrete way to do this is by supporting Dynamo Camp.

But why is this cause so important to us?

• Because valuing diversity and equality means embracing people with different backgrounds, needs and experiences, and we believe it is important to strengthen a corporate culture of inclusion, where every individual counts, both inside and outside the company.
• To open up dialogue on social issues, because collaborating with these organisations exposes us to topics that are often little discussed (disability, marginalisation, educational poverty, mental health, etc.), and this stimulates awareness and important conversations within the workplace.
• To involve each of us in actions with a broader meaning, to strengthen our sense of belonging and to promote an inclusive culture that is attentive to collective well-being.
