MAS Consulting joins the Terranova Group

Purpose of the transaction

Terranova, through its Trilance division, offers software solutions dedicated to companies operating in the sale of electricity and gas. The suite provided identifies and delivers ever-new digital tools that enable sales companies to differentiate themselves from their competitors and respond effectively to the dynamics of a constantly evolving market.

MAS Consulting operates in the Energy & Utilities sector and develops proprietary software solutions aimed both at operators involved in the sale of electricity and gas and at energy producers, with particular specialization in the hydroelectric sector and in the economic optimization of energy production.

MAS Consulting’s solutions dedicated to sales operators support, among other things, the management of commercial offers and energy trading processes, and are complementary to Terranova’s application offering. The integration between the two organizations has already been successfully tested within the scope of joint projects, where the companies had the opportunity to get to know each other and identify concrete operational and commercial synergies.

In this area, Terranova and MAS Consulting intend to offer the market a joint proposition and, thanks to its experience, Terranova will support MAS Consulting in expanding into national and international markets.
