HALLY WISE

Wise is Generative AI for document search and process automation. It simplifies and speeds up document management, allowing users to conduct complex searches in natural language across multiple sources and entire databases.

WISE, the plug-and-play generative AI software designed by our partner HPA, simplifies and speeds up document management. It uses large language models (LLMs) within a proprietary workflow to offer users the ability to conduct complex natural language searches across multiple sources and entire databases.

Once the question has been formulated, WISE queries documents and data, extracts the relevant information and responds in a matter of seconds in a textual and conversational format, just as an expert colleague would.

WISE meets key business needs in knowledge management, such as: automatic creation of documents from data; immediate responses to employee and customer queries; automatic extraction of metadata with classification and archiving for subsequent search activities; continuous updating of company documentation; analysis, synthesis and extraction of information from documentation; assessment of the impact of regulations on company workflows.

WISE is integrated as an advanced chatbot (web app) and available as a software module that can be called up via API and integrated into the business processes of the smart network.

    Thanks to access to data clustered by model, geographical area and device type, WISE is able to compare information from individual smart meters with that from homogeneous clusters of devices installed in the area in real time. This makes it possible to identify significant deviations in operating parameters, such as remaining battery life compared to the average for the model in similar conditions, frequency and nature of system errors, stability and quality of the communication signal, and consistency of consumption readings in relation to user profiles and geographical context.

  • Access to technical and regulatory standards

    Wise's engine enables quick searching and consultation of national authority documents through targeted extraction of regulatory obligations and specific articles, as well as verification of the impact of new regulations on company procedures. This allows users to benefit from reduced regulatory search times, guided access to complex content, and reduced risk of penalties for operating procedures that do not comply with regulations.

  • Decision-making and back office support

    With Wise, you can easily query network data, consumption and device status. Customers have access to a conversational dashboard for Business Intelligence managers (such as Power BI), which generates added value in terms of time savings in analysis and decision support without IT.

  • Field operator support - measurement

    Wise uses identification already acquired by apps such as TAMM mobile (e.g. serial number or barcode) to access specific device data. Instant access to technical documentation and manuals for meters via a conversational interface allows you to quickly find the correct procedures for the model detected. This results in a significant reduction in intervention times and errors, minimisation of plant downtime, and operational uniformity even on different models.

  • Smart grid regulation

    Wise enables intelligent network regulation through simplified access to data provided by smart devices already detected by other solutions (pressures, loads, etc.), as well as through rapid consultation that contributes to improving efficiency, reducing network losses and optimising remote interventions, resulting in increased network security and continuity.

  • Onboarding suppliers and new operators

    WISE can be used to facilitate the onboarding process for resources who are unfamiliar with the software tools provided. The WISE engine allows immediate access to manuals and procedures for new operators in the field, thus enabling a rapid increase in the quality of work and a reduction in training costs and times. But that's not all: WISE can also be used to manage chatbots or widgets on web portals or devices in use, providing automatic answers to frequently asked questions by drawing on up-to-date documentation, thus reducing calls to the call centre and ensuring continuous 24/7 support.

    The Wise engine allows immediate consultation of technical manuals for components and company procedures, thus providing real-time support to operators so they can correctly interpret and resolve any problems or alarms encountered.
