WISE, the plug-and-play generative AI software designed by our partner HPA, simplifies and speeds up document management. It uses large language models (LLMs) within a proprietary workflow to offer users the ability to conduct complex natural language searches across multiple sources and entire databases.
Once the question has been formulated, WISE queries documents and data, extracts the relevant information and responds in a matter of seconds in a textual and conversational format, just as an expert colleague would.
WISE meets key business needs in knowledge management, such as: automatic creation of documents from data; immediate responses to employee and customer queries; automatic extraction of metadata with classification and archiving for subsequent search activities; continuous updating of company documentation; analysis, synthesis and extraction of information from documentation; assessment of the impact of regulations on company workflows.
